The Visitor Book Module is designed to record and manage the details of individuals visiting the institution. It allows staff to log visitor information such as name, contact details, purpose of visit, date, and time. This module enhances security, maintains a digital log of all visitors, and provides easy access to visitor history for administrative review
Create Visitors Book #

- Click on Visitor Book.
- Click to enable or disable an existing visitor entry.
- Click to edit a visitor record.
- Click to delete a visitor entry.
- Click to create a new visitor entry in the Visitor Book.

- Enter the visitor’s name.
- Provide the visitor’s email ID.
- Enter the visitor’s phone number.
- Specify the date of visit.
- Select the check-in (Time In) time.
- Select the check-out (Time Out) time.
- Enter the name of the person the visitor is meeting.
- Provide the reason for the visit.
- Click Save to successfully create a new entry in the Visitor Book.
