The Academic Term Module is a feature within an educational management system that allows institutions to define and manage subdivisions of an academic year, such as semesters, trimesters, or quarters. This module enables users to set the start and end dates for each term, link them to specific academic years, and organize courses, timetables, and assessments accordingly. It helps ensure a structured academic calendar and efficient academic planning throughout the school year.

Create Academic Term #

Before Creating the Academic Term,Need to Create an Academic Year

1. Click on Academic Term
2. Click Edit to Modify the Created Academic Term
3. Click to View the Created Academic Term
4. Click Delete to Remove the Created Academic Term
5. Click to Create a New Academic Term

6. Select the Academic Year from the Dropdown List
7. Enter the Name of the Academic Term
8. Select the Start Date of the Academic Term
9. Select the End Date of the Academic Term
10. If the Academic Year Contains Multiple Terms, Click to Add Another Term
