The Leave Application Module enables staff and students to apply for leave in a streamlined and organized manner. It supports various leave types, tracks application status, and allows administrators or authorized personnel to review, approve, or reject leave requests. This module ensures transparency and efficient leave management within the institution.
Create Leave #

- Click on the Leave Application accordion.
- Select Leave Type.
- Click to edit an existing leave type.
- Click to delete a leave type that is no longer needed.
- Click to create a new leave type.

7.Click Save to successfully create the leave type.
8.Enter the name of the leave type.
Apply leave #
Before Applying the Leave Create Leave Type, You can do this from Leave
application>Leave Type

- Click on the Leave Application accordion.
- Select Apply Leave.
- Choose the appropriate Role (User Group) from the list.
- Select the User from the list.
- Choose the Leave Type.
- Select the Start Date of the leave.
- Select the End Date of the leave.
- The duration between the start and end dates will be automatically calculated and is non-editable.
- Upload any supporting attachment for the leave application.
- Enter the reason for the leave in detail.
- Click Save to successfully submit the leave application.
View Leave #

- Click on the Leave Application accordion.
- Select View Leave.
- Choose the appropriate Role (User Group) from the list.
- Select the leave status from the list (Pending, Rejected, or Approved).
- Click the Find button to display usernames based on the selected status in the web table.
- Click the Select button beside the desired entry to choose an action—Reject, Pending, View, Edit, or Delete—for the selected user's leave application.
