The Payroll Report Module provides detailed summaries of staff salary payments, deductions, and allowances over specified periods. It enables administrators to generate accurate payroll reports by filtering staff groups, departments, or pay cycles.

- Click on Payroll Report.
- Select the Academic Year from the list.
- Choose the User Group.
- Select the Staff member from the list.
- Choose the Month.
- Click the Get Report button – the payroll details for the selected staff member will be displayed in web tables.
