This module facilitates the scheduling and management of exam timetables. It allows users to create, edit, and clone exam schedules, ensuring organized allocation of dates, times, and venues for various exams. The module helps streamline exam planning and prevents scheduling conflicts.
Creating and Cloning an Exam Timetable #
Create Exam Timetable #

- Click on Exam Time Table.
- Enable or disable an existing exam timetable.
- Edit a created exam timetable.
- View details of a created exam timetable.
- Clone an existing exam timetable.
- Delete a created exam timetable.
- Click to create a new exam timetable.

- Select the Academic Year.
- Select the Academic Term.
- Select the School Segment.
- Select the Class.
- Select the Section/Department.
- Choose the Exam Start Date.
- Choose the Exam End Date.
- Click to Add Exam Periods.
- Select the Exam Start Time.
- Select the Exam End Time.
- Choose the Period Category from the list (Examination, Lunch Break, or Break) as needed.
- Click to Add New Period Category if there is more than one exam scheduled on the same date.
- Click Save or Continue to successfully create the exam schedule.

- Click to open the dialog box, then select the Subject.
- Choose a color to assign to the selected subject.
- Click to Assign Subject.
- Click Save to successfully create the exam timetable.
Creating a Duplicate Exam Timetable #

1.Click on Exam Time Table
2.Click to Clone the Exam Time Table

Click Save or Continue to successfully create the exam schedule.
3.Make any necessary changes to the class details.
4.Select the Start Time for the period category.
5.Select the End Time for the period category.
6.Choose the Period Category from the list (Examination, Lunch Break, Break) as needed.
7.Click Close if the existing period category is no longer required.
8.Click Add New to create a new period category if needed.
9. Click to Save/Continue, Exam Scheduling Time will be Created Successfully

- Click to open the dialog box and select the Subject.
- Assign a color to the selected subject by choosing from the available options.
- Click Assign Subject.
- Click Save to successfully create the exam timetable.
Create Exam Category #

- Click on Exam Category
- Enable or disable an existing exam type.
- Edit a created exam category.
- Delete a created exam category.
- Click to create a new exam category.

- Enter the Exam Category Name.
- If Mark Distribution is enabled, previous exam marks can be assigned to students (e.g., during a pandemic).
- Click Save to successfully create the exam category.
