The Hostel Report Module facilitates efficient management and monitoring of student accommodation. It provides detailed reports on hostel occupancy, student allocations, attendance, and related activities. This module helps administrators track hostel usage, maintain records, and ensure a safe and well-organized living environment for students.
- Click on Hostel Report.
- Select the Academic Year from the list.
- Choose the Exam Term.
- Select the School Segment.
- Choose the Class.
- Select the Section.
- Pick the Hostel from the list.
- Select the Room.
- Click the Get Students button – the hostel details of the students will be displayed in a web table.
